way of Harford county to convey by good and sufficient deed, to
Valentine Bowman, of said county a part of a tract of land call-
ed Treadway's Hope, lying on the west side of the Baltimore and
Lancaster Road in said county;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee
on Judiciary.

A bill entitled, an act to authorise the several counties and
incorporated towns in this State to aid in the construction of In-
ternal Improvements;
