and how the monies received on the same were applied, and to
whom paid and for what purpose, and on what account; and they
are hereby further required to furnish a statement showing the
number of days each of said Commissioners has attended, and
what amount each has received for his per diem or other compen-
sation, or expects to receive, for the discharge of any duty under
said Act or the performance of any service in regard to the ob-
jects of the same.
Resolved, That the said Board of Commissioners be, and they
are hereby, required to report, at the same time, what amounts of
money will be required to complete and finish the Court House
and Jail at Towsontown, according to the plans adopted.
Resolved, That the County Commissioners of Baltimore coun-
ty be and they are hereby required to report forthwith to this
General Assembly, copies of any deeds recorded in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court for any property owned by the
county at or near Towsontown; also a copy of any contract or
agreement made between the County Commissioners of said coun-
ty and the Savings Bank of Baltimore for the loan of forty-two
thousand dollars by said Bank to said County Commissioners,
and how much money has been received by them on account of
said loan, and when; also what .amount has been received from
the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore for interest on the five
per cent, stock, with the respective dates and amounts of such
receipts; and they shall also make a detailed statement of the
monies appropriated by the act of eighteen hundred and fifty-
four, chapter one hundred and forty four, showing how the same
were expended, upon what orders or drafts, and to whom paid,
and in whose favor each of said drafts or orders was drawn; and
shall also shew what amounts have been paid, by their order or
authority as County Commissioners, out of the said fund before
referred to, and for what labor or service, especially what amounts
if any, have been so paid in the form of officer's commissions
for disbursing said fund, or as other extra allowances, setting
forth the sums so paid, by whom or for whose use received, with
dates of such allowances, and the particular service for which
the same were allowed.

The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following bills.
A bill entitled an act amendatory of the act incorporating the
convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the Diocese of
Maryland, passed at December session, eighteen hundred and
forty, chapter sixty seven, authorizing the said convention to
take and hold subscriptions or contributions in money or other-
wise, for religious or charitable purposes;
