Margaret A. Ward, to the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Churches at Kingston and Merumsco, in Somerset county.

A bill entitled, a supplement to an act, entitled, an act relating
to that portion of the Franklin Railroad lying within the State of
Maryland, providing for the appointment of Trustees for the resale
thereof.

A bill entitled, an act to fix the per diem of County Commis-
sioners, Judges of the Orphans' Court and Trustees of the Poor
of Somerset county.

A bill entitled, an additional supplement to an act passed at
December session 1838, entitled, an act to provide for the estab-
lishment of district schools in Charles county.

A bill entitled, an act for the benefit of the legal representatives
of Thomas Wolford, late a lieutenant in the army of the revolu-
tion.

A bill entitled, an act to authorize the repayment to the Messrs.
Barry, brothers & Company of certain moneys advanced by them
on account of the State of Maryland.

A bill entitled, an act appropriating a sum of money to pay
J. Mason Campbell for services rendered the State, in the trial of
the case of the State of Maryland against Isaac R. Smith, in the
