Kildow, Frey, Smith, of Carroll, Buffington,

The proceedings of Friday were read.

Mr. Goldsborough presented the report of the trustees of Cen-
treville Academy, in Queen Anne's county,

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Educa-
tion.

Mr. Smith, of Baltimore city, presented the memorial of Jo-
seph Hoffman, E. H. Muller, and others, for an act incorporating
the elders, deacons, and congregation of the German Evangeli-
cal Lutheran Trinity church and School of the city of Balti-
more,

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Cor-
porations.

The Speaker laid before the House the following communica-
tion:

Sir: — I herewith transmit to your Honorable Body a state-
