A bill entitled, an act to authorise and empower the Trustees
of the Parsonage property of the Methodist Episcopal Church,
on Centreville Circuit, in Queen Anne's county, to sell and con-
vey a certain part of said property, now held by them in trust,
and to make a certain application of the proceeds of sale;

A bill entitled, an act to authorise the issue of duplicate cer-
tificates, bonds or coupons in the cases therein mentioned ;

A bill entitled, an act in favor of Robert G. Price, former Col-
lector of Queen Ann's county;

Severally endorsed ''passed by yeas and nays."

And returned the bill entitled, an act relative to the establish-
ment of a light house on Love Point, on Kent Island, in Queen
Anne's county, and to cede to the United States the jurisdiction
of the State of Maryland in, to and over a site for the same ;

Insert in 1st line, 1st section, after the word "that," the word
"John."                                                          

Insert after the word "Tolson," in the 2nd line of same sec-
tion the words "William W. It. Goodhand," and at the end of
section second, add the following, "reserving, nevertheless, to the
State of Maryland, concurrent jurisdiction over the said land, so
far as may be necessary to authorise the service thereon of all
process issued by any court or officer of the said State, and the
punishment by said State of crimes thereon committed ;"
