On motion of Mr. Wickes,         

The rules were suspended, to enable him to report a bill enti-
tled, an act to authorize the commissioners of Allegany county
to hear and determine the appeal of John Everett of said county,
in relation to the valuation and assessment or his property in said
county;                                                                        

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Committed
on Judiciary.
