Also returned a bill entitled, an act to make valid a deed from
Joseph A. Beck and wife to Sarah Dixon, for the use of Rachael
Bogia, of the city of Baltimore,

Endorsed, "passed, by yeas and nays, with proposed amend-
ment."         

AMENDMENT Proposed.

At the end of 1st section insert, "provided nothing in this act
contained shall affect the right of bona fide purchasers without
notice, who became so before the passage of this act;
