On motion of Mr. Loughridge, Leave was granted Mr. Loughridge to bring in a bill entitled, an act to amend the act passed at January session 1852, chapter 182, entitled, an act to incorporate the town of Sharpsburg and Miller's addition to Sharpsburg, and also the act passed at January session 1853, chapter 342, amendatory of said act, to provide a more effectual punishment for the violation of the ordinances of said town; On motion of Mr. Dorsey, Leave was granted to the Anne Arundel and Howard county delegations to bring in a bill for the better protection of useful birds; On motion of Mr. Stewart,
