ments;"

Amendments Proposed.           

Strike out the preamble, and word "therefore" in section 1st.
Strike out in line 15 the word "is," after the word "now" and
insert the word "are."                                   

Add as an additional section,                      

"Section 15, And be it enacted, That in returns of said capital
stock to the assesors for taxation, the amount of notes given for
said stock, as well as the cash paid in, shall be estimated as capital
and taxed accordingly."
