county, he has paid into the Treasury of the State of Maryland
during the year 1855, the following amounts of public money re-
ceived by him, to wit:

of Circuit Court for Harford County.

To the Honorable, the Speaker of the House of Delegates:
The undersigned has the honor to report:             

That the Honorable John H. Price, Judge of the Sixth Judi-
cial Circuit of Maryland attended the Circuit Court for Harford
county at November term, 1855, of said court, ten days.

All which is respectfully submitted.

On motion of Mr. Brooke,

Said communications were referred to the Committee on the
Judiciary.                                                                  

On motion of Mr. Timmons,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to bring
in a bill, to authorise Lawrence W. Bates and Eliza his Wife,
Robert Nairne and Rebecca his Wife and Thomas H. Baley to
sell certain lands lying in Somerset county.                         

On motion of Mr. Timmons,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Education, to bring in
a bill granting further powers to the primary Board of Education
lor Worcester county.

On motion of Mr. Timmons,                                   

Leave was granted to the committee on the Judiciary, to bring

in a bill supplementary to an act entitled, an act relating to non

resident guardians of infants living out of this State, and having

property therein, passed at December session 1846, chapter 300.

On motion of Mr. Clark,

Leave was granted to the committee on Claims, to introduce
a bill for the payment of legal fees due to James L. Martin, Esq.,
for services rendered as Prosecuting Attorney.

On motion of Mr. Parker,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Colored Population,
