porate the Worcester railroad company, passed at the January
session, eighteen hundred and fifty-three, chapter two hundred
and seventy-three.

Which was read the second time.

A bill entitled an act entitled an act to make valid a deed from
the Llangollen Mining Company to John Kight,

Which was read the second time.

A bill entitled, an act supplementary to an act entitled, an act
relating to non-resident guardians of infants living out of this
State and having property therein, passed at December Session
1846, chapter 300;                                 

Which was read the second time.
On motion of Mr. Daniel,

The rules were suspended to, allow the second leading of the
bill entitled, an act to authorize the devises or bequests of
Mary E. A. Reed of Caroline county, to the Trustees of the
Methodist Episcopal Church of Greensborough, and the vestry
of the Protestant Episcopal Church of St. John's Parish, both in
said county;

A bill entitled, an act more effectually to prevent gambling;

Which was read the second time.

, A bill entitled, an act to erect the town of Cumberland into a
city and for other purposes,
