On motion of Mr. Harding,               

The further consideration of the bill was deferred, and

A bill entitled, an act to provide for the per diem allowance
of the Judges of the Orphans' Court of Frederick county, and to
regulate the mode of payment thereof.                             

On motion of Mr. Brengle,

Further consideration of the bill was deferred, and referred to
the Committee on the Judiciary.                                               

A bill entitled, an act amendatory of an act entitled an act to
incorporate the Manchester Mining Company, passed at January
session, eighteen hundred and fifty-four, chapter two hundred and
thirty-eight, authorizing the said Company to issue bonds and
dispose of the same,

Was read the second time.
