Annotated Code of Public General Laws. " [Endorsed: "Read
the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was
read the first time and referred to the Committee on Insur-
ance, Fidelity, Security and Loan Companies. ]

Also House Bill No. 712, entitled "An Act to authorize and
direct the Board of County School Commissioners of Anne
Arundel county to borrow money on the credit of Anne
Arundel county with which to purchase a schoolhouse lot and
to erect thereon a suitable school building in the village of
Glen Burnie, Anne Arundel county, Maryland, and to furnish
same when completed and naming a building commission to
supervise the building and furnishing of said school. [En-
dorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays"]
[Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Duvall, Ogden and Johnson. ]

Also House Bill No. 743, entitled "An Act to repeal Section
29-A of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland, title -'Elections, ' sub-title 'Registrations':
and to re-enact, with amendments. " [Endorsed: "Read the
third time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read
the first time and referred to the Committee on Elections. ]

Also House Bill No. 762 entitled "An Act to repeal Sec-
tion 341 of Article'24 of the Code of Public Local Laws title
'Worcester County, ' sub title 'Snow Hill, ' as codified by John
W. Staten and legalized by Chapter 405 of the Acts of 1914,
and to re-enact the same with amendments. " [Endorsed:
"Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which
was read the first time and referred to Senators Harrison,
Parsons and Shepherd. ]

Also House Bill No. 472, entitled "An Act to repeal Sec-
tion 52 and Section 54 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, title 'Licenses, ' sub-title 'Traders, ' and to re-enact
said sections, with amendments; and also to add ten addi-
tional sections to said Article 56, title 'Licenses, ' sub-title'
'Traders, ' said additional sections to follow immediately after
Section 52 of said Article 56 and to be numbered respectively
