Also House Bill No. 81. 9, entitled "An Act to incorporate
the Baltimore Transit and Terminal Company, a railroad cor-
poration; to authorize the transfer of all or a part of its stock
to the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore as an inalienable
holding in perpetuity; to authorize the Mayor and City Coun-
cil of Baltimore, in consideration of such transfer, to grant
to said the Baltimore Transit and Terminal Company a fran-
chise for a term greater than twenty-five years, and to ex-
pand the time within which said franchise must be executed
and enjoyed beyond the period of six months; and to authorize
said the Baltimore Transit and Terminal Company to issue
bonds in excess of the par value of its stocks. " [Endorsed:

land, title 'Frederick County, ' sub-title 'Birds and Game, '
and to repeal Sections 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150 and
151, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
'Frederick County, ' sub-title 'Fish, ' and to repeal Chapter
568 of the Acts of 1900; and Chapter 505 of the Acts of
1902, and Chapter 176 of the Acts of 1902, and Chapter 529 of
the Acts of 1902, and Chapters 551, 492 and 475 of the Acts
of 1904, and Chapter 339 of the Acts of 1908, and Chapter
675 of the Acts of 1910; and Chapter 634 of the Acts of 1912,
in so far as the same relates to Frederick county, and Chap-
ters 14, 25 and 535 of the Acts of 1914; and Chapter 472 of
the Acts of 1914, in so far as the, same relates to Frederick
county, and to enact the following sections in lieu thereof re-
lating to 'Birds and Game7 and also relating to 'Fish. ' " [En-

empower and direct the officers of the State in charge of the
Fifth Regiment Armory of Maryland, located in the City of
