heritance, ' in Bagby's Annotated Code of said laws; and to
enact in lien thereof four new sections of Article 46, to be
known as Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of said Article, thereby assimi-
lating the law relating to the real property of decedents more
nearly to the law relating to personal property. " [Endorsed:

re-enact, with amendments, Section 244 of Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Dorchester County, ' sub-
title 'Oysters, ' and to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 155 of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'Talbot County, ' sub-title 'Oysters, ' as said sections were
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, by the Acts of
1900, Chapter 674, and the Acts of 1902, Chapter 180; said
sections being co-ordinate sections of said Articles, applicable
to the waters of Choptank River in common between Dor-
chester and Talbot counties. " [Endorsed: "Read the third

Also House Bill No. 837, entitled "An Act to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 93 of Article 39 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (Bagby's Edition), entitled 'Fish
and Fisheries, ' so as to prescribe certain duties for the State
Fishery Force, and to add to said Article 39 five new sec-
tions, requiring certain crab licenses to be obtained at fixed
amounts, regulating the size and kind of crabs to be caught
or sold, prescribing penalties for violating the provisions
