to stop the local freight train commonly known as the way
train, both from the East and from the West, each day at
Bloomington, Garrett county, and to receive and transport
to and from the town of Bloomington all freight that may be
delivered for transportation; and to provide a suitable place
for the protection of passengers and freight from weather
conditions at the station in the town of Bloomington, Garrett
county, in the State of Maryland. " [Endorsed: "Read the

Also House Bill No. 515, entitled "An Act to add a new
section to Article 39-A of the third volume of the Annotated
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title 'Forestry, '
sub-title 'Roadside Trees, ' to be known as Section 15-K. "

nays. "] [Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Roads and Highways. ]

Also House Bill No. 304, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Section 27 of Chapter 91 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session 1904, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 27 of Chapter 157 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, ' passed at the January Ses-
sion 1902, entitled 'An Act to repeal Sections 27 and 28 of
Article. 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Caroline
County, " sub-title "Birds and Game, " and to re-enact the
same with amendments. ' " [Endorsed: "Read the third time
and passed by yeas and nays"] [Which was read the first
time and referred to the Committee on Fish and Game. ]

Also House Bill No. 686, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Section 162 of Article 81 of Bagby's
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title 'Revenue and
Taxes, ' sub-title 'State Tax Commissioner, ' as amended by
Chapter 528 of the Acts of 1914. "' [Endorsed: "Read the third
time and passed by yeas and nays"] [Which was read the
first time and referred to the Committee on Finance. ]

Also House Bill No. 426, entitled "An Act authorizing the
State Roads Commission to make a survey and estimate of
the cost of construction of a State highway between Mt. Airy
and Westminster, in Carroll county. " [Endorsed: "Read the
third time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read
the first time and referred to the Committee on Finance. ]
