sections to Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of

motor vehicles kept at livery, or for which labor, repairs, sun-
dries, oils or gasoline is furnished, and to provide that a claim
for the same may be a lien against any automobile, truck and
other motor vehicles in Frederick county and be sold at pub-
