enact, with amendments, Section 236-C of Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Frederick
County, ' sub-title 'Frederick, ' as the said section was enacted
by Chapter 72 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of 1910, and to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 236-BB of the same Article, as the said section was
enacted by Chapter 327 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1914. " '[Endorsed: "Read the third time and
passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the first time
and referred to Senators Kaufman, Bomberger and Warfield. ']

Also House Bill No. 789, entitled "An Act to provide for
the building of an almshouse in St. Mary's county, to borrow
money and apply the fire insurance money on the old building
lately destroyed, for the purpose, and to levy on the taxable
property of the said county to pay said loan and interest
thereon. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays"] [Which was read the first time and referred
to Senators Chesley, Mudd and Joy. ]

Also House Bill No. 680, ' entitled "An Act, to prohibit the
sale or barter of spirituous or fermented liquors, lager beer,
wine, cider or intoxicating drinks of any kind at any place
within the limits of Mount Pleasant Election District (No.
13), in Frederick county, Maryland. " [Endorsed: "Read the
third time and passed by yeas and nays"] [Which was read
the first time and referred to the Committee on Temperance. ']

Also House Bill No. 761, entitled "An Act to require the
Board of Managers of the Maryland Tuberculosis Sanatorium,
created by Chapter 308 of the Acts of 1906, to make a report
of its proceedings, receipts and expenditures annually, as of
September 30th of each year, to the Governor of the State. "
[Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays"] [Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Finance. ]

Also House Bill No. 802, entitled. "An Act to require the
County Commissioners of Cecil county to improve the public
road leading from St. Augustine through Cayot's Corner to
Town Point wharf, in Cecil county, and to provide for the
payment of the same in the annual levy of 1916. " [Endorsed:
