Also House Bill No. 181, entitled "An Act to repeal Chap-
ter 381 of the Acts of 1908, entitled 'An Act to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Sections 100 to 103, both inclusive,
of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "St.
Mary's County, " sub-title "Roads, " as amended by Chapter
407 of the Acts of 1904, and to add certain new sections there-
to, to be known as Sections 103-A, 103-B, 103-0 and 103-D, and
to repeal Sections 1 and 2 of Article 25 of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "County Commissioners, " and all other
laws, in so far as said sections and laws may be inconsistent
with the provisions of this Act, and to create a commission
for St. Mary's county, to be known as the "County Roads Com-
mission, " and to provide also the method by which said com-
mission is to be continued, and to confer upon the same full
powers to construct, improve and maintain the public roads
and bridges in St. Mary's county; and to further provide the
ways and means and for a bond issue for the construction,
improvement and maintenance thereof, and for the expenses
of said commission in the execution of its powers and duties. '"
