Also House Bill No. 711, entitled "An Act to repeal Section
15 of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Talbot
County, ' sub-title 'Fish, ' as amended by Chapter 183 of the
Acts passed by the General Assembly of Maryland as the Ses-
sion of 1902, and to re-enact the same as amended. " [En-
dorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays"]
[Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee
on Fish and Game. ]

Also House Bill No. 312, entitled "An Act to add a new
section to Article 81 of Bagby's Code, as the same was amended
by the Act of 1914, Chapter 841, said section to follow Section
238 and to be designated 238-A. " [Endorsed: "Read the third
time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the
first time and referred to the Committee on Finance. ]

Also House Bill No. 132, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Section 21 of Article 3 of the Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Baltimore County, ' sub-title
'Building Regulations, ' as amended by Chapter 300 of the Acts
of 1908; and Section 1 of Chapter 544 of the Acts of 1914,
so as to provide for the appointment of building inspectors
for each election district of Baltimore county, and to require
the owner of any building to be erected in Baltimore county to
provide for the disposal of the drainage, sewage and waste
therefrom, in accordance with plans inspected and approved
by the Inspector of Buildings for the district and the secretary
of the Local Board of Health of Baltimore county. " [En-
dorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "']
[Which was read the first time and referred to Senators Allen,,
Norris and Archer. ]

Also House Bill No. 720, entitled "An Act to repeal Sections
1, 20, 21 and 2 of Chapter 472 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, passed at its Session in 1914, title 'An
Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments. Sections 20
and 21 of Article 99 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, ' subtitle 'Wild Fowl—Birds and Game, ' so far as
said sections of said chapter apply to Montgomery county, and
to re-enact said sections of said chapter, with amendments,
said sections of said chapter as re-enacted to apply to Mont-
gomery county only. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and
passed by yeas and nays"] [Which was read the first time
and referred to the Committee on Fish and Game. ]

Also House Bill No. 391, entitled "An Act to repeal Article
75-A of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
