PRESENTATION OF PETITIONS, MEMORIALS AND
OTHER PAPERS.

The President submitted a petition of James C. Legg, presi-
dent of the Baltimore Chamber of Commerce, in favor of the
passage of the Bill for appropriation to complete the Fourth
Regiment Armory, and calling attention of the Hon. Harvey
L. Cooper to the resolution adopted by the Baltimore Chamber
of Commerce; and also a petition, signed by sixty members
of said Chamber of Commerce, in favor of said Bill.. [ Which
was read and referred to the Committee on Finance. ]

UNFINISHED BUSINESS.

The President laid before the Senate the Unfinished Busi-
ness, being

SENATE BILL No. 158, BY MR. LEGG.

SUBJECT: STATE CONSERVATION COMMISSION.

on its second reading. With amendments as printed in the
Senate Journal of March 29. Amendment No. 1 was rejected.
Amendment No. 2 was rejected by yeas and nays as follows:
