the application of the Board of Managers of Spring Grove
Hospital, urging the requisite appropriation to complete and
put in service the addition to the Spring Grove Hospital, es-
pecially adapted for the care of advanced insane patients, and
capable of accommodating one hundred and fifty persons;
said petition is endorsed by Albert W. Adt, Walter Hopkins,
Jos. B. Cook, E. R. Gorsuch and Alfred T. Hoen. [Which was
read and referred to the Committee on Finance. ]
