HOUSE BILL No. 158, BY ME, TENNEY.
SUBJECT: LOCAL OPTION—WASHINGTON COUNTY.
Having been returned by the Executive, Mr. Bomberger
moved to reconsider the vote by which said Bill was passed,
which motion prevailed by yeas and nays as follows:

Whereupon Mr. Bomberger offered the following amend-
ment: "Page 7, Section 7, after line 28: 'Provided, however,
that this section shall only apply in the event that a majority
of the voters vote "Against License, " as hereinbefore pro-
vided. '" [Which was read and adopted. ]
