Also House Bill No. 719, entitled "An Act authorizing the
County Commissioners of Montgomery county to issue bonds
to an amount not to exceed forty thousand dollars ($40, 000)
for the purpose of building an improved road from Olney to
Laytonsville, known as the Olney-Latonsville Road, a distance
of about five and one-half miles, in the First and Eighth Elec-
tion Districts in said Montgomery county, provided certain
donations be made as hereinafter provided, to the said County
Commissioners, to be applied by them for the purposes herein
and to collect and levy taxes in the First and Eighth Election
Districts of said county for the payment of said bonds and
coupons thereon. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and

Also House Bill No. 745, entitled "An Act to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Chapter 552 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1914, entitled 'An Act for
the further protection of pheasants, partridges or quail, wood-
cock, wild turkey and rabbits in Garrett county. '" [En-
dorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "]

Also House Bill No. 479, entitled "An Act to authorize the
State Roads Commission to construct uncompleted secondary
gaps in State Road in Cecil county, between Octoraro Creek
and Rising Sun. Also between Calvert via Fair Hill and
Singerly; the amount of money to construct said road shall
to be taken out of moneys due Cecil county for road building
from State apportionment or otherwise. " [Endorsed: "Read

Also House Bill No. 585, entitled "An Act to repeal and
re enact, with amendments, Section 99 of Article 23 of the
Code of Public General Laws (1888), entitled 'Corporations, '
sub-title 'Building or Homestead Associations, ' as said sec-
tion was amended by Chapter 240 of the Acts of 1904, which
Act is codified as Section 138 of Article 23 of the first volume
of Bagby's Code of 1912. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time

time and referred to the Committee on Finance. ]
