INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.
By Mr. Duvall: Senate Bill No. 678, entitled "An Act to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 195 and 196
of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Anne
Arundel County, ' sub-title 'Roads, ' as the same was enacted
by Chapter 654 of the Acts of 1908 and re-enacted by Chapter
391 of "the Acts of 1912 and by Chapter 647 of the Acts of
1914, and to add additional sections thereto, to be known re-
spectively as 'Sections 193-A, 199, 200 and 201' of said Article
and sub-title. " [Which was read the first time and referred
to Senators Duvall, Johnson and Ogden. ]
By Mr. Mudd: Senate Bill No. 679, entitled "An Act to
appropriate a sum of money for the painting and framing
of the portrait of Phillips Lee Goldsborough, ex-Governor of
Maryland, to be placed in the State House at Annapolis in
the State of Maryland. " [Which was read the first time and
referred to the Committee on Finance. ]
By Mr. Archer: Senate Bill No. 680, entitled "An Act to
create a commission to study the Administrative Government
of Maryland, to endow said commission with all the necessary
powers to carry out the purposes of this Act; to appropriate a
sum of money for the expenses of said commission. " [Which
was read the first time and referred to the Committee on Fi-
nance. ]
By Mr. Archer: Senate Bill No. 681, entitled "An Act re-
quiring the State Roads Commission of Maryland to take over
and include in the State Roads system the public road leading
from Forest Hill to Ramsay's corner, in Harford county. "
