section to the Revised Charter of Baltimore City, relating to

was read the first time and referred to the City Senators. ]

Also House Bill No. 372, entitled "An Act to repeal Sec-
tions 48 and 50 of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of the
Public Civil Laws of Maryland, title 'Revenue and Taxes, ' sub-title

'Collectors and Collections, ' and Section 72 of said
Article 81, sub-title 'Taxes, when due, ' and Section 87 of said
Article 81, sub-title 'Completion of Colletcions by Collectors, '

and to re-enact said Section 48 with amendments. " [En-

on Finance. ]

Also House Bill No. 390, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Chapter 495 of the Acts of 1888,
codified as Article 4, title 'Baltimore City, ' Sections 658, 659,
660, 661, 662 and 663 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland. "
[Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays. "] [Which was read the first time and referred to the
City Senators. ]

Also House Bill No. 394, entitled "An Act to require the
Board of Public Works to submit to the Legislature budgets
of proposed expenditures and estimated revenues for each
fiscal year, and to give to the Board of Public Works the
power necessary for the performance of such duty. " [En-
dorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "]
[Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee
on Finance. ]

Also House Bill No. 410, entitled "An Act to add a new
section to Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, as the same was amended and re-enacted by Chapter
123 of the Acts of 1898, title 'City of Baltimore, ' sub title
'Police Commissioners, ' said new section to come under said
sub-title and to follow immediately after Section 777-D and
