Also House Bill No. 442, entitled 'An Act authorizing, em-
powering and directing the County Commissioners of Dor-
chester county, in the State of Maryland, to issue coupon
bonds to the amount of one hundred and twenty thousand
dollars ($120, 000) for the purpose of paying the floating in-
debtedness of Dorchester county, and to levy and collect taxes
in said county for the payment of said bonds and interest
thereon. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the first time and referred
to Senators Shepherd, Collier and Legg. ]

Also House Bill No. 309, entitled "An Act to add twelve ad-
ditional sections to Article 43 of the Code of Public General
Laws, title 'Health, ' said sections to follow Section 177-H, as
codified in Bagby's Code of 1911, and to be known as Sections
177-1, 177-J, 177-K, 177-L, 177-M, 177-N, 177-O, 177-P, 177-Q,
177-R, 177-S and 177-T, said new sections regulating cold
storage of certain articles of food. " [Endorsed: "Read the
third time and passed by yeas and nays"] [Which was read
the first time and referred to the Committee on Sanitary Con-
dition of State. ]

Also House Bill No. 478? entitled "An Act to authorize the
Mayor and City Council of Cumberland to issue bonds to the
amount of one hundred thousand dollars (1100, 000) to pay
off the 5 per cent, funding bonds of that amount of the said
city issued pursuant to Chapter 318 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1908, and to provide a sinking fund
for the redemption of said bonds. " [Endorsed: "Read the
third time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read
the first time and referred to Senators Zihlman, Speicher and
Kaufman. ]

Also House Bill No. 384, entitled "An Act to authorize and
empower the Mayor and Aldermen of Frederick to issue and
sell serial coupon bonds for either or both of the following
purposes: First, for the purpose of redeeming the bonds here-
tofore issued by the corporation of Frederick in pursuance of
Chapter 44 and Chapter 195 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland of 1888, and in pursuance of an ordinance
enacted and ordained by the corporation of Frederick on the
28th day of May, 1888, providing for the issuance of said bonds,
under the provisions of which the corporation of Frederick is-
sued and sold bonds to the extent of five hundred and twelve
