the town of Brentwood, in Prince George's county, Mary-
land. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays. "] [Which was read the first time and referred to
Senators Holmead, Jones and Johnson. ]

Also House Bill No. 332, entitled "An Act to provide mile-
age for Judges of the Orphans' Court of Talbot county, and
for the payment of the same. " [Endorsed: "Read the third
time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the
first time and referred to the Committee on Judicial Pro-
ceedings. ]

Also House Bill No. 315, entitled "An Act to authorize the
County Commissioners of Baltimore county, in any publica-
tion of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore county, to arrange
and section such Public Local Laws of Maryland relating to
Baltimore county as may be passed by the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1916 and thereafter in conformity with the
plan adopted in the Revised Code of the Public Local Laws

designated as Section 129-A to follow Section 129. " [En-
dorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "]

Also House Bill No. 507, entitled "An Act to add six new
sections to Article 1 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland,
entitled 'Allegany County, ' sub-titled 'Dogs and Sheep, ' to be
known as Sections 100-G, 100-H, 100-1, 100-J, 100 K, 100-L, pro-
viding for the licensing and taxing of dogs in Allegany county,
and for the purpose of encouraging the raising of sheep; to kill
unlicensed or stray dogs or those found molesting sheep,
cattle or poultry and those unattended near where sheep are
kept. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays"] [Which was read the first time and referred to
Senators Zihlman, Speicher and Bomberger. ]

Also House Bill No. 516, entitled "An Act to add five addi-
tional sections to Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
titled 'Allegany County, ' sub-title 'County Commissioners and
