Amendment proposed by Committee: "To add a new sec-
tion to the Bill, to be known as Section 2-A, and to read as
follows:

'Section 2-A. This Act shall not apply to, nor prohibit the
manufacture for sale of alcoholic, spirituous, vinous, malt and
intoxicating liquors, or the transportation thereof, where such
liquors are manufactured for sale and sold only for delivery
for shipment to places beyond the State, or to places within
this State where such sale is not now or hereafter prohibited
by law. '" [Which was laid over under the rules. ]
