thereof, 1914, as now codified in Bagby's Annotated Code of
Public General Laws as Article 101 thereof, as follows: To re-
peal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 14, sub-title 'State
Industrial Accident Commission; ' to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 15, sub-title 'Methods of Insurance; ' to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 16, sub-title
'State Accident Fund; ' to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ments, Section 17, sub-title 'State Accident Fund; ' to repeal
and re-enact, with amendments, Section 26, sub-title 'State
Accident Fund; ' to repeal 'Section 27, sub-title 'State Acci-
dent Fund; ' to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
32, sub-section 41, sub-title 'Application of Article-Extra-
Hazardous Employments; ' to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ments, Section 36, sub-section 3, sub-title 'Claims and Com-
pensation-Benefits; ' to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 36, sub-section 4, sub-title 'Claims and Compensation-
Benefits'; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 37,
sub-title 'Claims and Compensation-Benefits; ' to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 39, sub-title 'Claims and
Compensation-Benefits; ' to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ments, Section 46, sub-title 'Claims and Compensation-Bene-
fits; ' to add an entire new section to follow Section 59, to be
known as Section 59-A; to add an entire new section to follow
Section 60, and to be known as Section 60-A; to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 63, sub-section 6. " [Which
was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Insurance, Fidelity, Security and Loan Companies. ]
By Mr. Kaufman: Senate Bill No. 545, entitled "An Act to
provide for the appointment of Road Commissioners in each
and every district in Frederick county, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Frederick county, prescribing the duties of
such Road Commissioners and providing for their compen-
sation in the several districts. " [Which was read the first
time and referred to Senators Kaufman, Zihlman and Bom-
berger. ]

providing for the payment to the State's Attorney of Freder-
ick county of his fees and compensation. " [Which was read
