Bill as follows:

'In line 29, strike out the words 'or use them on a new
motor vehicle. ' [Which was read and adopted. ]

'In line 29, strike out the word 'such, ' after the word 'upon. '
[Which was read and adopted. ]

'In line 30, strike out the words 'or additional payments. '
[Which was read and adopted. ]

'In lines 30, 31 and 32, strike out the words 'as said Com-
missioner may deem equitable and prescribe by general regu-
lation' and insert in lien thereof the following: "or use the
same on a new car by paying a transfer fee of one dollar
($1. 00), with an adjustment of additional payments or re-
fund on a quarterly basis. " ' " [Which was read and adopted. ]

Amendment proposed by Mr. Frick: "Strike out all after
the word 'by' in line 1 of Section 135 of the printed Bill, down
to and including the word 'State' in line 4 of Section 135 of
the printed Bill and, in lieu thereof, insert the words: 'the
State or any city, town, village or county of this State. '"
