By Mr. Zihlman: Senate Bill No. 428, entitled "An Act
to repeal Sections 12, 13, 14, 14-A, 16, 16-A, 16-B, 16-C, 17
and 17-A of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title 'Allegany County, ' sub-title 'Birds and Game, '
as enacted by Chapter 616 of the Acts of 1910; arid to re-
peal Sections 15, 20, 21 and 22 of Article 1 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Allegany County, '
sub-title 'Birds and Game, ' as enacted by Chapter 276 of the
Acts of 1902; and to repeal Sections 99-C and 99-D of Article
1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Alle-
gany County, ' sub-title 'Deer'; and to repeal Sections 20 to
41, inclusive, of Article 99 of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, title 'Wild' Fowl, Birds and Game, ' so far as
the same relates to Allegany county; and to enact additional
sections to Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title 'Allegany County, ' sub-title 'Birds and Game, ' said
additional sections to be known as Sections 12-A, 12-B, 12-C,
13-A, 13-B, 13-0, 14 B, 15-A, 15-B, 15-C, 15-D, 15-E, 15-F, 15-G,
15 H, 15-1, 15-J, 15-K, 16-D, 16-E, 17-B and 18-A, to protect
the game of Allegany county, and to provide further, by means
of an annual shooting license, for the payment of the ex-
penses of protecting and propagating game, and for the elec-
tion by the licensed hunters of Allegany county of a Board
of Game Wardens, whose salaries and expenses are to be paid
out of said fund, and to make a redisposition of the fines
collected. " [Which was read the first time and referred to
the Committee on Fish and Game. ]
By Mr. Zihlman: Senate Bill No. 429, entitled "An Act to
extend the women the right of voting for vestrymen in Em-
manuel Parish, in Allegany county, Maryland, of the Prot-
estant Episcopal Church. " [Which was read the first time
and referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings. ]
By Mr. Collier: Senate Bill No. 430, entitled "An Act to
repeal Section 42 of Act 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title 'Talbot County, ' sub-title 'Easton, ' as passed
by the General Assembly of Maryland at the January Session
of 1903, Chapter 41, and to re-enact same, with amendments,
and to add an additional section thereto. " [Which was read
the first time and referred to Senators Collier, Legg and
Cooper. ]
By Mr. Collier: Senate Bill No. 431, entitled "An Act to
confer additional powers upon the Courts of the Second Ju-
dicial Circuit of Maryland, relating to children living in Tal-
