1888, title 'Howard County, ' sub-title 'Birds and Game. '"

Also House Bill No. 52, entitled "An Act to add a new sec-
tion to Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land,, entitled 'Allegany County, ' sub-title 'Mining and Mine
Inspector, ' and Article 12 of the Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, entitled 'Garrett County, ' sub-title 'Manufacturers and
Mines, ' as the same was enacted by Chapter 124 of the Acts of
1902, said section to be known and designated as Section 209
'oo, ' of Article 1, and Section 164 'nn, ' of Article 12 of the
Public Local Laws of Maryland, entitled 'Allegany County'
and 'Garrett County, ' respectively, the sub-title in said new
section where enacted, to be known as 'Smithing, ' and said
