Maryland, entitled 'Allegany County' and 'Garrett County, '

respectively, as enacted by Chapter 124 of the Acts of 1902. "

nays. "] [Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Agriculture and Labor. ]

Also House Bill No. 50, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Section 206 of Article 1, and Section
160 of Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Alle-
gany and Garrett counties, respectively, as the same was
enacted by Chapter 124 of the Acts of 1902. " [Endorsed:
"Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays"] [Which
was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Agriculture and Labor. ]

Also House Bill No. 236, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Section 4 of Chapter 183 of the Laws
of 1890, entitled 'An Act to create a Treasurer for Calvert
county and to provide for the collection of taxes therein. ' "
[Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays"] [Which was read the first time and referred to Sena-
tors Joy, Chesley and Mudd]

Also House Bill No. 86, entitled "An Act to repeal Section
24 of Article 10 of the Annotated Code of Public Civil Laws
of Maryland, entitled 'Attorneys, 7 sub-title 'State's Attorneys, '
so Tar as the same applies to Frederick county, and to add
and enact in lieu thereof, two additional sections to the Code
of Public Local Laws, Article 11, title 'Frederick County, '

providing a fixed salary for the State's Attorney, and abolish-
ing compensation by fees. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time
and passed by yeas and nays"] [Which was read the first time
and referred to Senators Kaufman, Zihlman and Bomberger. ]

Also House Bill No. 253, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Sections 3? 6, 7, 25 and 2 of Chapter
563 of the Acts of 1914, entitled £An Act to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Chapter 311 of the Acts of 1904, en-
titled "An Act to incorporate the town of Vienna, in Dor-
chester county, Maryland. '" [Endorsed: "Read the third
time and passed by yeas and nays"] [Which was read the
first time and referred to Senators Shepherd, Legg and
Cooper. ]

provide for the general indexing of the land records and the
