eral Assembly of Maryland of 1912), title 'Corporations, ' sub-
title 'Insurance Companies, ' by adding thereto four new and
additional sections to be designated and known as Sections
164-A, 164-B, 164-C and Section 164-D, and to follow immedi-
ately after Section 164; said new sections relating to the twist-
ing of policies of insurance by misrepresentation and to other
fraudulent practices of insurance companies and their agents,
and providing penalties for violations of the provisions of
this Act. " [Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Insurance, Fidelity, Security and Loan Com-
panies. ]

By Mr. Norris: Senate Bill No. 401, entitled "An Act to
amend Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Public Civil Laws
of Maryland (legalized by Chapter 21 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland of 1912), title 'Corporations, ' sub-
title 'Insurance Department, ' by repealing and re-enacting,
with amendments, Section 184 thereof, as amended by Chap-
ter 207 of the Acts of 1912, relating to tax on premiums,
license fees and department fees chargeable to insurance com-
panies, and by adding to said Article five new and additional
sections, to follow immediately after said Section 184 and to
be known as Sections 184-A, 184-B, 184-C, 184-D and 184-E;
said new sections relating to the licensing or registration of
agents and solicitors of all insurance companies operating in
this State, providing penalties for violations of the insurance
laws by such agents and solicitors and for the revocation of
. the licenses of agents, solicitors and brokers for cause. "

tee on Insurance, Fidelity, Security and Loan Companies. ]

By Mr. Norris: Senate Bill No. 402, entitled "An Act to
amend Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Public Civil Laws
of Maryland (legalized by Chapter 21 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland of 1912), title 'Corporations, ' sub-
title 'Insurance Companies, ' by adding thereto fourteen new
and additional sections, said new sections relating to the
organization, management and business of mutual fire in-
surance companies. " [Which was read the first time and re-
ferred to the Committee on Insurance, Fidelity, Security and
Loan Companies. ]

By Mr. Norris: Senate Bill No. 403, entitled "An Act to
amend Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Public Civil Laws
of Maryland (legalized by Chapter 21 of the Acts of the Gen-
