By Mr. Johnson: Senate Bill No. 369, entitled "An Act to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 154 of Article
81 of the Annotated Code of Public Civil Laws of Maryland,
title 'Revenue and Taxes, ' sub-title 'State Tax Commissioner, '

and to also repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
219 of said Article 81 of said Code, title 'Revenue and Taxes, '

sub-title 'Distilled Spirits. '" [Which was read the first time
and referred to the Committee on Finance. ]

By Mr., Johnson: Senate Bill No. 370, entitled "An Act to
add an additional section to Article 93 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland, title 'Testamentary Law, 7 sub-title 'Inventory
and List of Debts, ' said additional section to come in after
Section 213 of said Article 93 of said Code and to be desig-
nated as Section 213-A, said additional section relating to the
appraisement of property by appraisers of the Orphans' Court. "
[Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee
on Finance. ]

By Mr. Johnson: Senate Bill No. 371, entitled "An Act to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 88-C of Article
23 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, legalized by Chapter
16 of the Acts of 1914, title 'Corporations, ' sub-title 'Taxation, '
as said section was enacted by Chapter 324 of the Acts of
1914. " [Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Finance. ]

By Mr. Johnson: Senate Bill No. 372, entitled "An Act to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments Sections 4 and 5 of
Article 23 of the Code of Public Civil Laws of Maryland,
title 'Corporations, ' sub-title 'Provisions for Formation, ' and
to add a new and additional section to said Article 23, said
new and additional section to follow Section 5, and to be
known as Section 5-A. " [Which was read the first time 'and
referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings. ]

By Mr. Johnson: Senate Bill No. 373, entitled aAn Act to
repeal Section 207 of Article 81 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, title 'Revenue and Taxes, ' sub-title
'Mode and Measure of Taxation. ' " [Which was read the first
time and referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings. ]

By Mr. Johnson: Senate Bill No. 374, entitled "An Act
to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 88-B of
Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Public Civil Laws of
Maryland, title 'Corporations, ' sub-title 'Taxation, ' as the said
