ituous or fermented liquors or cider shall be sold in said

Also House Bill No. 104, entitled "An Act to create a special
taxing area or district to be known as the village of Drum-
mond, Montgomery county, Maryland, and to authorize, em-
power and direct the Board of County Commissioners of Mont-
gomery county to make special annual levies of thirty-five cents
on each one hundred ($100) dollars of the assessable value of the
real and personal property of the said village in Montgomery
county, Maryland, within the boundaries of said village, for
the purpose of opening, improving, widening, maintaining, re-
pairing and lighting the streets, roads, lanes, approaches,
alleys, sidewalks, parking, drainage, sewerage, sanitation and
other village improvements, and for furnishing police and
fire protection, clerical and other public services, including the
removal of ashes, garbage and other refuse, and the disposal
thereof, and for the enforcement of the requirements of all
conveyances of land situated in said village, and the promul-
gation of building and other regulations; for the reduction
of the amount of said special annual levy; for the selection
and succession of a committee to be known as the Drummond
Citizens' Committee, who shall appoint a treasurer, who shall
receive and disburse said funds; also directing the said Board
