By Mr. Cooper: Senate Bill No. 254, entitled "An Act to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 23, sub-sec-
tion sixth, 30, 37, 42, 45, sub-section ninth, and 53 of Article
11 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
'Banks, ' as amended by Chapter 219 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1910; and to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, Section 22 of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland, title 'Banks, ' as amended by Chapter 805
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1914; and
also to add one new section to said Article 11 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland to follow Section 61-A, and
to be known as Section 61-B. " [Which was read the first time
and referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings. ]

By Mr. Jones: Senate Bill No. 255, entitled "An Act to re-
peal Sections 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100 and 101 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland; title 'Health, ' and to re-
enact the same with amendments. " [Which was read the first
time and referred to the Committee on Sanitary Conditions of
State. ]

By Mr. Jones: Senate Bill No. 256, entitled "An Act to re-
peal Sections 64, 65 and 66 of Article 43 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title 'Health, ' and to re enact the
same with amendments. " [Which was read the first time and
referred to the Committee on Sanitary Conditions of State. ]

By Mr. Jones: Senate Bill No. 257, entitled "An Act to re^
peal Section 39 of Article 43 of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland, title 'Health. '" [Which was read the first
time and referred to the Committee on Sanitary Conditions of
State. ]

peal Section 34 of Article 43 of the Code of Public General
