as enacted by Chapter 828 of the Acts of 1914, so as to in-
crease the license fee and limit the use of purse or buck nets

izing the Revised Charter of Baltimore city, compiled under

By Mr. Brown: Senate Bill No. 162, entitled "An Act to
authorize the County Commissioners of Kent county to pro-
vide for the building of public schoolhouses in Galena, Fairlee
and Chestertown, Maryland, the latter to be used for colored
children, and to issue bonds to pay for the same, and to levy
an annual sum to pay such bonds and the interest thereon as
they mature, and to appoint committees for the building and
equipping of said public schoolhouses. " [Which was read the
first time and referred to Senators Brown, Cooper and Legg. ]
By Mr. Chesley: Senate Bill No. 163, entitled '"An Act to
authorize the County Commissioners of St. Mary's county,
Maryland, to levy a sum of money to build a schoolhouse for
colored children, between Mechanicsville and Harper's Corner,

compensate George Edward Myers for the permanent injuries
