Mr. Harrison submitted the following message:

BY THE SENATE,

January 6, 1916.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable Body,
that when the General Assembly adjourns today it stand ad-
journed until Tuesday next, January 11, 1916, at 8 o'clock
P. M.

Secretary.

[Which was read, assented to, and sent to the House of
Delegates. ]

The Chief Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message:

BY THE HOUSE OP DELEGATES,

January 6, 1916.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received your message proposing that when the
General Assembly adjourns today it stand adjourned to Tues-
day, January 11, 1916, at 8 o'clock P. M., and concur therein.

The President submitted the following:

OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS,

ANNAPOLIS, January 11, 1916.
To the Senate and House of Delegates of Maryland:

In compliance with the requirements of Section 4 of Article
78 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, the Board
of Public Works respectfully reports as follows in the matter
of the contract for the State printing for the General Assembly
of 1916:

That the advertisement prescribed by and specifically set
forth in said Article 78 of the Public General Laws of Mary-
land, was duly published by order of the Board of Public
Works in the Baltimore Sun, American and News, and as a
result thereof the following bids were received, each accom-
panied by the bond required by law:
