sembly of Maryland at its Session of 1914, and to repeal
Section 4 of said Article 39, as enacted by said Chapter 828
of the Acts of 1914. " [Which was read the first time and

By Mr. Brown: Senate Bill No. 119, entitled "An Act to
authorize and direct the State Roads Commission, to construct
a highway in Kent county, between the towns of Edesville
and Fairlee. " [Which was read the first time and referred"
to the Committee on Finance. ]

By Mr. Archer: Senate Bill No. 120, entitled "An Act to
appropriate the sum of five thousand dollars ($5, 000) for
the equipment of the State Armory Building at Belair and the
purchase of certain lands adjacent to said building. " [Which
was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Finance. ]

By Mr. Allen: Senate Bill No. 121, entitled "An Act to
authorize and direct the State Roads Commission of Mary-
land to complete the construction of the Baltimore and York-
town Turnpike Road and to authorize an appropriation by
the State of one hundred and twenty thousand dollars ($120, -
000) for that purpose. " [Which was read the first time and
referred to the Committee on Finance. ]

By Mr. Ogden: Senate Bill No. ' 122, entitled "An Act to.
declare the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland to the sale, grant and conveyance of a certain lot
of ground in the City of Baltimore to 'The Exeter Memorial
Methodist Episcopal Church, ' a body corporate, by the deed
of assignment of William-Merriken, and by the deed of release
of Clarence M. Ellinger and Theodora H. Ellinger, his wife. "
[Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee
on Judicial Proceedings. ]

By Mr. Ogden: Senate Bill No. 123, entitled "An Act to
declare the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland to the sale, grant and conveyance to 'The Baltimore
City Missionary and Church Extension Society of the Metho-
dist Episcopal Church, ' a body corporate and duly incor-
porated, by 'The Exeter Memorial Methodist Episcopal
Church, ' a body corporate duly incorporated, of certain lots
or parcels of ground in the City of Baltimore. " [Which was
read the first time and referred to the Committee on Judicial
