Senate Bill No. 95, entitled "An Act to authorize the cre-
ation of a State debt in the amount of five hundred thousand
dollars ($500, 000) to complete the building of an armory for
the Fourth Regiment Infantry, Maryland National Guard, au-
thorized under Chapter 791 of the Acts of 1914, directing a
State bond issue therefor and providing a sinking fund for
the payment of said bonds and interest. "

[Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance. ]

By the President:

Senate Bill No. 96, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, Sections 4 and 5 of Article 23 of the Code
of Public Civil Laws of Maryland, as said sections were en-
acted by Chapter 789 of the Acts of 1914, title 'Corporations, '

sub-title 'Provisions for Formation. ' "

mittee on Corporations. ]

By Mr. Archer:

Senate Bill No. 97, entitled "An Act to further regulate
the practice of veterinary medicine and surgery in the State
of Maryland, in Harford county. "

mittee on Sanitary Condition of State. ]

By Mr. Archer:

Senate Bill No. 98, entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the de-
vise contained in the last will and testament of Susanna L.
Wilson, late of Harford county, deceased, to the Deer Creek
Harmony Church of Harford County, Maryland, of the sum
of one hundred dollars. "

[Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings. ]

At 4. 30 o'clock P. M., on motion of Mr. Archer, the Senate
adjourned until Wednesday, February 2, 1916, at 12 o'clock-
