the State of Pennsylvania, also in charge of St. Joseph's Ger-
man Hospital of Baltimore city and {State of Maryland, and
the. Parochial School of Gardenville, on the Belair road, Bal-

Senate Bill No. 94, entitled "An Act to. add five new sections
to Article 10 of the Code of Public Civil Laws of Maryland,
entitled 'Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact, ' sub-title
'Misconduct of Attorneys at Law—Negligence—Disbarment—
Suspension, ' said new sections to be numbered respectively
Sections 14-A, 14-B, 14--C, 14-D and 14-E, and to follow im-
mediately after Section 14 of said Article and sub-title, as the
same appears in the Annotated Code of the Public Civil Laws
of Maryland, edited by George P. Bagby, as legalized by Chap-
ter 21 of the Public General Laws of Maryland, passed in the
