Senate Bill No. 99, entitled "An Act to authorize and re-
quire the clerk of the Circuit Court of Kent county, Maryland,
to make a general index for chattel mortgages and bills of sale
from the year 1900 to 1916, inclusive; to make a general index
for magistrates7 judgments from the year 1904 to 1916, in-
clusive; to make a general index for marriage licenses from
the year 1796 to 1886, inclusive; and to make a general index
for all equity proceedings. "
