upon the assessable property of the county an amount suffi-
cient to pay for the same, and the said road shall thereafter
be a public county road of said county of the width so ac-
quired. And that all such roads heretofore acquired by said
County Commissioners shall be public county roads of the
width so acquired. "

Mr. Zihlman, from Select Committee, reported favorably
Senate Bill No. 68, entitled "An Act to provide for the regis-
tration of voters in what is known as 'The Annex to the South-
ern Limits of the City of Cumberland, ' in the month of Febru-
ary in the year 1916. "

second time and ordered printed for a third reading. ]

THIRD READING.

The President laid before the Senate, Bills for a third read-
ing as follows:

Senate Bill No. 1, entitled "An Act authorizing the dis-
solution of the Sewerage Commission on February 1, 1916,
and providing for the completion of any work of said Com-
mission not fully completed on that date. "

Which was read the third time and passed by yeas and
