fest Association of Baltimore City the privilege to use the
Fifth Regiment Armory. "

Senate Bill No. 81, entitled "An Act authorizing and direct-
ing the County Commissioners of Montgomery county to issue
bonds to an amount not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10, -
000), for the purpose of building and improving the public
road from the State road near Glenmont to Northwest Branch,
known as the Kemp Mill-Coiesville road; and to further issue
bonds not to exceed the sum of fourteen thousand dollars
($14, 000), for the purpose of building and improving the
public road from Wheaton to Four Corners, known as the
Wheaton-Four Corners road, in said Montgomery county;
provided that certain donations be made, as hereinafter pro-
vided, to the said County Commissioners to be applied by them
for the purposes herein, and to collect and levy taxes in the
Thirteenth Election District of said county for the payment
of said bonds and coupons thereon. "

to Article 93 of Bagby's Annotated Code of the Public Civil
Laws of Maryland, title 'Testamentary Law, ' sub-title 'Debts, '
by the addition of a new section to be known as Section 108-A,
and to come immediately after Section 108. "
