That the Big Rock Water Company, of Baltimore City,
be paid $113 for drinking water furnished to General Assem-
bly.

That the Individual Drinking Cup Company be paid $54
for furnishing drinking cups.

That the members on Committee of Printed or Engrossed
Bills be paid the sum of $200 each (there being four on com-
mittee; total amount, $800).

That John Boucher, R. J. Beer and Win. H. Davenport
be paid $450 for preparing the Omnibus Bill and the General
Appropriation Bills for the fiscal years 1917 and 1918.

That the Secretary of the Senate, Journal Clerk of the
Senate and President of the Senate be paid $200 each for
services required to be performed after adjournment of the
General Assembly of 1916.

That L. Herbert Griffith, Scott L. Heffinger, Samuel C.
Appleby, Thos. J. Wentworth and Charles M. Geyer, em-
ployees of the Senate Printed Bills Committee, be paid f 100
each.

That Harry F. Ogden be paid the sum of $150 for prepar-
ing the Senate Omnibus Bequest Bill.

That the employees named below be paid for special services
as recommended by Goodnow Commission Report: J. Lewis
Warner, assistant to secretary of Senate, $140; Joseph D.
Hoffman, assistant Journal Clerk, $86; H. H. Houseman, Jr.,
secretary to the President, $90; R. J. Beer, clerk to Finance
Committee, $140; William G. Robinson, Sergeant-at-Arms,
$180; Samuel D. Shipley, Postmaster, $12; George E. Henry,
Postmaster, $70; Geo. L. Durm, assistant Journal Clerk, $56.

All of the amounts of money hereby ordered to be paid, to
be taken out of the money appropriated by the Act of 1914
for the legislative expenses of the Session of 1916.

Which was read and on motion of Mr. Cooper, all the Sena-
tors voting in the affirmative, the rules were suspended by
yeas and nays as follows:
