Also favorably, with amendments,
HOUSE BILL No. 233, BY MR. BRYANT.
SUBJECT: NEW POLICE STATION-HOUSE AT CAN-
TON—BALTIMORE COUNTY.

Amendments proposed by Mr. Allen:

"Strike out the word 'twenty' in the last line of the title
and insert in lieu thereof the word 'fifteen. '" [Which was
read and adopted. ]

"Strike out the 'period' after 'dollars' in the title and insert
the following in lieu thereof: 'or repair the present Police
Station-house at Canton at a cost not to exceed seven thou-
sand five hundred dollars. '" [Which was read and adopted. ]
"In lines 5 and 6 of Section 1, strike out the words 'twenty
thousand dollars ($20, 000)' and insert in lieu thereof the fol-
lowing: 'fifteen thousand dollars ($ 15, 000) or repair the
present Police Station-house at Canton at a cost not to exceed
seven thousand five hundred dollars. ' " [Which was read and
adopted. ']

[Which favorable report was adopted, which was read the
second time. ]

Two-thirds of all the Senators voting in the affirmative, the
rules were suspended by yeas and nays as follows, and Bill
put upon jits third reading and final passage:
