Senate Bill No. 58, entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to sundry
gifts contained in a certain deed of trust from James M. Beall,
late of Baltimore city, deceased, to the Safe Deposit and Trust
Company of Baltimore, trustee; and also to certain gifts made
by said James M. Beall under said deed of trust to and for
the use of sundry ministerial persons, religious corporations,
denominations or sects, and to certain charitable institutions. "

On motion of Mr. Frick permission was granted him to with-
