Senate Bill No. 55, entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to a be-
quest of three thousand dollars ($3, 000) to the Vestry of
Memorial Protestant Episcopal Church in the City of Bal-
timore, contained in the codicil to the will of Constance
Coffield, late of Baltimore city, deceased. "

[Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings. ]

By Mr. Frick, by request:

Senate Bill No. 56, entitled "An Act to pay the claim of the
Thomas £ Evans Printing Company, State Printers for the
General Assembly of Maryland, Session of 1914, for certified
copies of laws and supplies furnished the Senate of Mary-
land of 1914, "

[Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance. ']

By Mr. Frick:

Senate Bill No. 57, entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to a gift
to the Arlington Methodist Episcopal Church South contained
in the last will and testament of Sarah F. Riefle, late of Bal-
timore city, deceased. "

[Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings. ]

By Mr. Frick:

Senate Bill No. 58, entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to sundry
gifts contained in a certain deed of trust from James M. Beall,
late of Baltimore city, deceased, to the Safe Deposit and Trust
Company of Baltimore, trustee; and also to certain gifts made
by said James M. Beall under said deed of trust to and for
the use of sundry ministerial persons, religious corporations,
denominations or sects, and to certain charitable institutions. "

[Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings. ]

On motion of Mr. Frick permission was granted him to with-
draw above Senate Bill No. 58.
