enact, with amendments, Sections 187 and 189 of Article 23
of the Annotated Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
title 'Corporations, ' sub-title 'Insurance Department. '" [En-
dorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "]
[Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee
on Insurance,, Fidelity, Security and Loan Companies. ]

Also House Bill No. 895, entitled 'An Act to abolish the
State Vaccine Agency and the State Vaccine Agent and to
transfer the powers and duties of such agency and agent to
the State Board of Health. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time
and passed by yeas and nays"] [Which was read the first
time and referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings. ]

Also House Bill No. 874, entitled "An Act to authorize, em-
power and direct the officers of the State in charge of the First
Regiment Armory of Maryland, located in the city of Salisbury,
to allow the free use of said armory for one week in each and
every year to the Salisbury Poultry and Pigeon Association. "
[Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays"] [Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Militia. ]

Also House Bill No. 494, entitled "An Act to add seven new
sections to Article 1 of the Code of Local Laws of Maryland,
title 'Allegany County, ' sub-title 'Fish, ' 'and providing for
license to non-residents of Maryland for fishing in said county;
said sections to be known as Sections 122, 122-A, 122-B, 122-C,
122-D, 122-E, 122-F. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and
passed by yeas and nays"] [Which was read the first time and
referred to the Committee on Fish and Game. ]

Also House Bill No. 816, entitled "An Act to add a new
section to Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland, title 'Elections, ' sub-title 'Nominations, '

to follow Section 43 and to be designated as Section 43-A. "
